eps profiles

We are very proud to announce the new eps profile system! After signing up you'll notice a lot of useful features. First, all of your videos go on a personal profile [example] where others can view, rate, and comment. You can send friend requests, and then track your friends' latest videos and comments on your friends page. One can also send private messages to others or leave public comments on people's profiles. The sign up page can be found right here, and check out the members list.

In addition, id1ot.OaS has kindly created us a brand new forum. Your forum and site accounts are seperate though, due to the complexity of both systems. We hope you enjoy the new features!

Video Problems

Even though I have not touched the site's video streaming backend for several months, it seems to have randomly broke down a few days ago. Most videos fail to convert now and aren't showing up at all. Keep in mind this is just for streaming; you can still download the original video file.

I'll be working on fixing this in the coming week...

All of the videos hosted on the site will be taken down briefly. The site is changing servers so it'll take some time to move the 25 or so gigs. Everything should be back up in less than a day.

In other news, the Eps video section has been up for awhile, and you can check that out here when everything is back up. We've also had a new uploader for some time that finally has a progress bar. Also, Stof has left the team for unknown reasons. It's sad to see such a long time member go, but we wish him the best.

Unfortunately, about half of our members have been inactive lately, so you might not be seeing as many of us on as you used to. In other news, Eps has a new member, Stof! Very cool guy and always showed us tons of respect. I'll be adding his profile to the site pretty soon. Also, theres been some delays with the public video uploader. I've run into some coding/scripting conflicts, but I should have em sorted out in the next couple of weeks. With HighOnThug.com suspended we'll be a great new portal for the th community. :] (specially since our upload limit will be a huge 100mb!)

10,000 hits!

A couple days ago Eps-Clan.com had its 10,000th visitor since August of 2005! We've come a long way since eps-clan.tk and its little orange and grey layout (old timers will remember this xD). In 10 months we went from 3 videos to having almost 50 videos with at least three for every level. I gotta give props to all the guys in Eps and the visitors for making our site such a success. :]

In about two months it'll be the one year anniversary of the Eps site! I'm working hard on rolling out a beefed-up version of the site that'll hopefully be done by the one year mark. I'm not realeasing any details yet, but I will say I've got 50... yes 50 gigabytes of webspace that may come in handy for you in the near future...

Venge and Flapjes fairytales

Today me and Flapje have started a new project. We are making a thps-vid re-enactment of fairytales series. The first project will be "Vengewhite and the 7 Flaps". Production has already started and we hope to release a trailer soon. Make sure to check back often ;)

Current Events

Sorry that we have not updated in awile, I guess we all have been either too busy or lazy to put in an update.

Holdielow has joined x3o because we really aren't active on thug2. We hope he has a good time with his new clan.

Also, Me, Monk, and Socrates are starting to play Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, and we haven't really been on THPS3 very much. We still think THPS3 is a great game and will play from time to time, but not as often as we used to, as we will be focusing more on the newer games.

Since we still only have a THPS3 section for videos, most of our recent videos have been posted in the forums and not to the main site. Here is a list of most or all of the videos, which Vengefull just taught me to link to : )

New set of vids

Since crazy's last update we've added several new videos. Among them we have a 216 cruise ship vid by me, which is the new highest legit (no dao/251 stop) score in thps3. I've also shattered my old 144 mill Aiport vid with a new 179 mill one, and a new 151 Warehouse vid, which beat the old record there by 40 mill.

Be sure to check out some of Crazy's new vids, including his 150 Tokyo vid. He slightly edited my old line there to make 150 possible. He's also got a very nice 141 rio vid, using a sleek 900-720 line.

Update

Just wanted to add a little update here to let you know we havent died. We have been adding some vids to the site, but no one has really announced any of them yet, so I will try to do my best right here:

- Monk made a new Canada video with 141 Mill, a 165 Burnside vid, and he got 101 Skater Island also, giving him 100 in all levels. Props to Monk for that : )

- From me, I've added a 207 Foundry vid, 114 Rio and 178 in Canada. I'm sure I am missing a few, so check around the video section if your interested or bored.

- Also make sure to check the video section in our forums, as they usually have the latest vids posted with a topic about them, and also have other vids, like i put up a vid of 120 mill in THPS3Park1, and Socrates put a vid of him doing 300 mill in a park he made. HoldieLow also has some improv's in there, so be sure to check them out untill we get a THUG2 section up for the videos.

Vengeful's very first vid!

I finally made a video! I hope you'll all like it. It is a no manual run in suburbia which you can find here I spent A LOT of time on making this nm and I tried to make it look as good as possible although there were some wrong spins. I sincerely hope watching this vid won't feel like a waste of time. =)

I'm late at posting this but on the 17th of januari this clan was exactly 1 year old. I'm very proud of this accomplishment and of what our beloved clan has become. Thnx to all the people who have been with us and supporting us since the beginning. Thnx to all of you, respect.

First off, Eps has a new member! I'd like to welcome Monk to the Eps team. Hope you have a good time in Eps and congrats!

New vids

Okay there have been alot of new vids added lately: Socrates has gotten 144 in Airport, 151 in Foundry, and 113 in tokyo. Nihilism (formally Nargila) has updated his Canada vid, this time its 130 mill and not using Ollie the Bum lol. I myself have added 172 Foundry, 147 Suburbia, and 152 in Canada. Also I fixed my THPS3 so i dont have to constantlly run fraps, so my vids might be a little higher quality because i can play at better resolutions now. Remember to visit our forums; they aren't just for members you know! Alright keep up playing THPS everyone and remember to check back before New Years because me and Socrates have been working hard to make new vids and still have a few things left : )

Eps has new home on the world wide web! After sorting out some database issues I finally got everything up and running. I'll be uploading all of our videos to our very own server now, so expect some super fast download speeds! Well, thats about everything, so I hope to see you guys on thps!

201 milllion!?! Holy Crap!

Yep, that's right! Crazy9000 got 201 million in Burnside! As far as we know, its the highest legitimate (no dao, 251 stop) score ever on thps3. Head on over to the vids section to download the video!

Two in Tokyo, and one in Burnside. Lastly, expect to see a 150 Airport vid by me pretty soon. I've got a killer double 900 line now. If you haven't already noticed our tutorial section is now up! We've got two tuts right now by me and crazy. His is on hosting with a router, and mine is a no dao/252 stop tutorial. Also we've got 134 tokyo, 125 rio, 127 airport, and 162 foundry videos on the way!

By the way I'm getting eps-clan.com setup right now. But it takes awhile for the settings to take affect so it might take a couple days before it works right. If you're curious you can check it out right here.

Sonicjoe is banned

I dont like doing this, but because Sonicjoe has been caught cheating, we are forced to remove him from the clan. He's been seen typing long sentences while in manuel, and other clues, such as observed catching too much air, that lead us to believe that he's been using a modded physics.qb file. Therfore, we must ban Sonicjoe from Eps untill he can prove he no longer uses the modded physics file. We apoligize if he has used this in any games, and in the future will look out for this sort of thing so that it will not happen again.

eps-clan.com?

Now that crazy9000 has joined Eps, expect to see his videos on the site in the near future. I'm also going to be adding a video filter so you can sort through our videos and easily find the one you want to watch. You'll also be able to leave comments on our news/updates articles fairly soon.

I'm considering purchasing a domain and and webspace for the eps website! This would mean we could host all of our vids ourselves and have blazing fast download speeds. It would cost about 8 dollars (U.S.) a month to have one. Well, keep playing guys and I'll see you later.

Another new member!

Seems like EPS is popular lately, because we have another new member! This time it's crazy9000! Most of you might know him due to his 100mil project. Welcome aboard! And I know we haven't added Sonicjoe and Crazy9000 to the members page... It's just that, that's socrates job [because we can't do it, haha] and he's not online much.

He did it!

Congratulations to Crazy9000 for getting 100mil in all lvls! An amazing achievement, which will be remembered forever.

Canada Vid by Nargila

Yet another impressive no dao vid on Nargila's behalf. This time its a 127 mill run in Canada with a very nice double 900 loop. I've decided to start playing thps again within the next week or so so I hope to bee seeing all you people around. Keep playing and enjoi the vid.

Some updates

In the past couple of weeks Venge and Nargila both decided to leave THPS3 for awhile. We all hope that they'll return soon. Well I've been really busy with school during the week so I can't get on THPS all that much either. I'll try to get on during the weekends though. :)

Anyways, I just uploaded a new video that I made to the site. This one is 100 million in Rio with no dao. It was a close call though, I didn't get 400,000 base until the 251st multiplier. You can check it out right here.

New project underway

After some collaboration, Vengeful, Nargila, d3vil and I have decided to take on a new project: capping 100 million in every level in THPS3 with no dao. Although dao is permitted, the clan as whole is shifting towards no dao combos, where true skill lies. After all, dao is a glitch (even though some people may argue otherwise) since the developers didn't intend for it to be there. Anyways, I'd like to say thanks to crazy9000 for pioneering no dao and inspiring this project. Hope you all will enjoy the new videos as they get added to the site in the coming weeks.

eps-clan.tk version 1.0 nearly complete

First off, I'd like to welcome everyone to the first iteration of the Eps Clan's website. This website has been an ongoing project for the last few weeks, with small and large tweaks happening along the way. I appreciate everyone's patience throughout this process, as it can be a bit of a challenge single-handedly creating a website, adding content, and making sure it meets Venge's tastes. There will be some high score videos and a video line tutorial added in the near future so be sure to check back often. Also, I'd like to point out some of the features of this site:

• Utilizes css, php and MySQL for easy updates
• Custom made banner animated in Adobe ImageReady
